This one will be little crazy, I'm going for broke. I fell of the wagon for a bit, injuries, alcohol, smoking cigars. I don't drink that much but now it will be zero tolerance, and no more cigars!!
Day 1 -> I went shopping got all the goodies: greens, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, turkey, chicken, steak, lots of oatmeal, egg whites...oh and some other stuff.
I think I covered all the essentials.
My starting weight is 270, it's lighter than last years 290, but I feel soft right now. I feel like I lost quite a bit of muscle mass. I will take some pics to compare.
I'm starting 12 weeks of hell. First day was hard, second day is worse. I got my diet going, oh man do I miss good food. It's not like I eat shit now, but I cut out salt, lots of carbs and fat.
Next post will be my routine and diet.
