I been working out, but not blogging. I will try to do both again. It's been a while since my lost blog. Also I had some massive gains. I am up to 287lbs (in the morning). I was this weight before, but I was fatter.....I went down to 250's in the summer. I had a good run to go back up again, I did few different routines...some of them really good ones which I will share in the future.
March 1st.........Starting my diet....2lbs a week...that's the plan.
I'm starting with adding cardio first and eliminating dirty food. In the next few weeks the diet will become more strict....this means I will be one angry MOFO
