WL v4 - Back (July 2nd)

Nice and empty at the gym today. Hand my tunes blasting...it was a good workout!!! I start the day with some chin ups...felt good....260lbs going for nice clean 8 reps....sweet. Then I hit my lats for 2 more sets...I feel I need more lats!!
I had my super pump going so I felt good...When I did chest I didn't take as it was late, I can see a difference in my workouts...

I looked pumped today, I will take some picks over the weekend
