Here I go again...so it's been a while since i posted.
I will be doing it again. I will have more details and more pics.
Goal of this blog is to see how I progress and to look back and see what I can change for the future.
I been out of the gym for about 3 weeks. I took a week off and then I got sick...flu...bad one.
But I got in there today. It was good, it felt good...just good all over the place.
I did legs. Not the full potential, but still a good work out.
One thing that I didn't miss is the people at my gym. I just noticed how 90% of the peeps there don't know what they are doing. Which is sad, but i sure that everywhere right now.
Now my leg workout is different from a lot of people due to my injuries (3 knee surgeries while playing soccer)...but I still give you 100%.
