WL v3 - Legs 1 (April 5th)

This was one of the most exhausting legs workout EVER..........shit son...I was in pain. Good pain. I concentrated on my hamis today. I end up doing RDL's or SDL's...for the first time in a while and that was just the beginning...

First time I did lunges with 185lbs on my back (+270lbs frame) and I am putting close to 400 lbs on one leg...crazy stuff...

On squats I didn't go as heavy as I can. I am trying to get lower to the ground with my ass. I can't press 600lbs all the way down yet!!! soon
