Yo what up,

Little about me...........I am a gym rat...I love to work out!! And I want to share some of my experience with you.

I am a 31 year old Software Architect........yes I am a geek in my other life...but when I go to the gym I am animal.

I live in Brampton Canada....I am of Polish background.

Stats -> 6'3 -> 270 lbs..........look at my up to date stats in the stats window.

I been working out close to 10 years. It's been a long transformation of my body. I feel like I am getting really close to competition ready body. It's all hard work and a lot of sacrifice.

But I will get there!!
