Day 1 again


Ok so the 12 week diet I did, didn't work out....I got injured and the diet was off, I gained more then I lost...but I got some good muscle size.

Now it's down to business, this is day 1 of 30 days. I will try to shed off 10lbs. Start weight is 278, goal will be under 270

Mid Sep I was 267 so I put on about 10lbs...wow I should of just kept going down...now it start again.
